AltitudeWash was founded in 2024 by a team of construction professionals with over 20 years of combined industry experience and drone technology specialists who identified a better way to maintain buildings. Together, they recognized that traditional exterior cleaning — scaffolding crews, rope access, mechanical lifts — was expensive, slow, and dangerous for workers. There had to be a smarter solution.
The answer was aerial technology. By combining FAA Part 107 certified drone operations with professional-grade cleaning systems, AltitudeWash delivers exterior building maintenance that is faster, safer, and significantly more cost-effective than any ground-based method. We launched operations in Brooklyn, New York, and expanded rapidly across the Northeast and West Coast, completing over 500 projects across commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
In 2026, AltitudeWash expanded into commercial drone inspection services — bringing the same precision and safety focus to utility pole inspection, substation surveys, solar farm thermal imaging, pipeline right-of-way surveys, confined space inspection, and vegetation management documentation. Our inspection division serves utility companies, infrastructure owners, and asset managers nationwide.
