Our operations team reviews your submission within one business day. We evaluate your property’s drone accessibility, local airspace compliance (especially near LAX and Burbank corridors), and service fit. Qualified properties receive a scheduling link for their complimentary on-site demonstration.
There is no catch and no obligation. The demonstration is our way of showing property managers exactly how drone cleaning works on their building before any purchase decision. You receive a full property assessment, a live cleaning demo on a section of your building, and a detailed proposal — all at no cost.
We generally work with commercial properties of 3+ stories, including office buildings, hotels, multi-family residential, medical centers, educational campuses, retail centers, and industrial facilities. Properties must have adequate clearance for drone operations and be located within our LA service area.
AltitudeWash uses a drone-assisted purified-water soft-wash process for suitable exterior surfaces. Before approving a demonstration, our operations team reviews the property, target surface, access conditions, airspace, weather, safety and operational feasibility. Approved properties receive a demonstration on a selected test area.
Los Angeles has complex controlled airspace. Our team handles all FAA authorizations, including LAANC (Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability) approvals, temporary flight restrictions, and coordination with local air traffic control. We manage the full regulatory process so you don’t have to.
Most on-site demonstrations take 60-90 minutes, including setup, the aerial property assessment, live cleaning of a designated section, and a walkthrough of results. Our team will coordinate timing that minimizes disruption to your tenants and building operations.
